Lako Drilling, Inc. is hiring dependable, hard-working individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Drilling Laborers. If you’re looking for hands-on outdoor work and a long-term career in the drilling and construction industry, we will train you—no prior experience required.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with water well drilling operations
- Work alongside experienced drillers on job sites
- Help operate and maintain equipment such as drill rigs, horizontal boring machines, excavators, skid steers, and trenchers
- Load/unload materials and keep job sites organized
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to perform physically demanding labor (lifting, bending, standing)
- Team-oriented mindset
- CDL required or willingness/ability to obtain one
